This cookie policy relates to the Fringz platform. By this we mean Fringz.com, Fringz.ma
and apps from Fringz. Fringz is officially registered with the Chamber of Commerce as
Fringz Morocco SARL, under number 1234567890. Our office is located at Av. Moulay
Ismail, Rés. Volubilis Bloc C 1er étage N°53 in Tangier. In the rest of this document, we
will use our abbreviated and better known name: Fringz.
We think it is important that you know which cookies we use and for what purposes we
do this. Below you can read more about the types of cookies we distinguish, who places
them, the reasons why they are used and how long the cookies are stored. In addition,
you can manage your consent preferences from the preferences menu.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of information that can be placed on your device (such as your
computer, tablet or phone) when you visit web pages, such as Fringz.ma. The main
function of cookies is to store limited data about visitors. When we refer to cookies in
this cookie policy, we also mean similar techniques such as web beacons, Flash

3. Why and which cookies do we use?

Cookies help us to keep the Fringz platform secure, fast and optimally available.

search, automatically filling in data and remembering that you are logged in. This makes
the use of Fringz more pleasant, easier and more personal. We also use cookies to be
able to offer you tailor-made advertisements – tailored to your personal preferences.

•    Cookies that allow us to recognize and block unwanted traffic on Fringz.
Various features in the Fringz platform are aimed at making it as easy as possible for you
as a user and also storing your personal preferences. For example, we store your last
used search in cookies, so that you can return to that search directly from the
homepage the next time you visit our site.

5. Analytical cookies

These cookies provide us with information about the quality and effectiveness of the
services we provide. We distinguish:
•    analytical cookies that measure the quality and effectiveness of the Fringz
platform;
•    A/B testing cookies, which allow us to test different interface scenarios;
•    site and performance monitoring cookies, which allow us to ensure the stability
of Fringz.
In order to determine which parts of the Fringz platform are most interesting for our
visitors, we use tools such as Google Analytics – which we set up as privacy-friendly as
possible – to continuously measure how many visitors come to our platform, which
parts are viewed the most and how fast the pages load. We then use all this information
collected by us to create statistics. These give us insight into how the Fringz platform is
used, how we can keep the platform stable and what improvements we need to make to
optimize our services.

6. Personalization cookies

We use cookies to build a user profile of you, so that we can provide you with relevant

the Fringz platform across the various devices you use. You must give permission for

7. Advertising cookies

These cookies are used by us and by third parties with whom we work (hereinafter:
Fringz partners). Based on your internet behaviour inside and outside the Fringz
platform and across the various devices you use, a user profile is built up with this. This
allows advertisements to be tailored to you personally, both on our platform and by
third parties. These cookies are used, for example:
•    To keep track of which advertisements you have already seen;
•    to keep track of how many visitors see the advertisement in its entirety, click on it
or place an order after clicking on it;
•    To build a personal profile and to be able to offer you relevant advertisements on
the Fringz platform or other platforms based on your personal interests.
Ad networks and media agencies act as intermediaries between us and the companies
that place ads on Fringz in some cases. Through these intermediaries, advertisers can
automatically bid for advertising space. Due to the use of these advertising techniques,
we do not always have timely insight into the parties that advertise and the cookies they
place via the Fringz platform.

8. How long are cookies stored?

9. Do I have to give permission?

We will inform you as well as possible about the purposes for which cookies are stored
on your device, and what those purposes are exactly. All functional and analytical
cookies are placed as soon as you use Fringz. We need your permission to place
personalisation and advertising cookies. You can provide this to us by making an explicit
choice via our cookie banner, or via the preferences menu. If you do not want to give
permission, you can use Fringz without the personalization and advertising cookies. If
you do not give permission for advertising cookies, this does not mean that ads will no
longer be shown. In that case, however, the advertisements will no longer be tailored to
your personal interests.

Please be aware that if you do not consent to cookies, we cannot guarantee that the
Fringz platform will still work properly.

that have already been placed via your browser. Please note that you have to adjust the
